How Often Do Major League Baseball Players Get Paid?

Major League Baseball players are paid on a monthly basis. Twenty-four paychecks are issued over the course of the regular season, which runs from April through September. Each paycheck is for one-twelfth of the player's annual salary.

The amount of each paycheck varies depending on the player's salary, the number of games played in a given month, and any adjustments for performance bonuses or other incentives.

Players who are on the injured list or who are otherwise unable to play may still receive their full paycheck. However, players who are suspended may have their paychecks withheld.

In addition to their regular paychecks, players may also receive bonuses for winning the World Series, making the All-Star team, or winning a Gold Glove award.
