Barry Bonds holds the record for the most career home runs in Major League Baseball (MLB) with 762 home runs. He achieved this record during his 22-year career, playing for the Pittsburgh Pirates and San Francisco Giants. Bonds hit 445 home runs with the Pirates and 317 home runs with the Giants.
