Does it make anyone else nuts when the NYT Spelling Bee puzzle wont accept a legitimate word?
Today it's Rachitic and it's making me crazy.
I mean, what the hell is rachitic? It's not even a real word! Or at least it's not a word that I've ever heard of before. And yet, the NYT Spelling Bee puzzle won't accept it.
This is driving me absolutely crazy. I've been working on this puzzle for hours, and I can't seem to get past this one word. I've tried every combination of letters I can think of, but nothing seems to work.
I'm starting to think that the NYT Spelling Bee puzzle is just a big scam. They're just trying to make us feel stupid by rejecting words that we know are real.
Well, I'm not going to let them win. I'm going to keep trying until I find a way to get past this word. And when I do, I'm going to write a strongly worded letter to the NYT and tell them what I think of their stupid puzzle.
