How is it decided who wins a tennis match

In a tennis match, the winner is determined by the number of sets won. A set is won by the first player to reach six games and be ahead by at least two games. If the score reaches 6-6, a tiebreaker is played to determine the winner of the set.

The first player to win two out of three sets wins the match. However, if the match is a best-of-five set match, the first player to win three out of five sets wins the match.
