What is Bus Topology?
Bus topology is a network in which multiple devices are connected to a single cable, known as a bus. Data is transferred along the bus, and all devices receive the same data. If one device on the bus is transmitting data, all other devices must wait until the transmission is complete before they can transmit.
Bus topologies are relatively simple and inexpensive to implement. However, they can be inefficient if there is a lot of traffic on the bus, as each device must wait for other devices to finish transmitting before it can transmit its own data. Additionally, if the cable is damaged, all devices on the bus will be affected.
