Im black but I dont really draw black people in my pictures Is that bad?
As a professional badminton coach a similar question once occurred to me regarding my work and whether I was fairly representing all demographics.
Having grown up in a diverse area, I've always loved the variety of cultures and backgrounds that make up our world. I've always tried to reflect that diversity in my work, whether it's through the characters I draw or the stories I tell.
However, I recently realized that I don't draw many black people in my pictures. This isn't because I don't like black people. In fact, I have many black friends and colleagues, and I think they're great. It's just that I don't often think about drawing black people.
