Can You Serve Diagonally in Badminton Singles?
In badminton singles, the service court is divided into two equal halves by the center line. The server must stand on the right service court and hit the shuttle diagonally into the opponent's right service court. This is known as a cross-court serve.
The shuttle must land within the confines of the service court, with part of the shuttle touching the boundary line. The shuttle must also clear the net and not touch the net or its supports.
