How many sit ups could you do at your peak

As a featherball professional coach, I often get asked how many sit-ups I could do at my peak. The answer is... a lot. In my prime, I could do over 200 sit-ups in a row without stopping. I know this because I used to do them as part of my daily workout routine.

I started doing sit-ups when I was in high school. I was trying to improve my core strength and stability, which are important for featherball players. I quickly realized that sit-ups were a great way to do this. They are a compound exercise that works multiple muscle groups at once, including the abs, the hips, and the back.

I started out by doing just a few sit-ups each day. But as I got stronger, I was able to do more and more. Eventually, I was able to do over 200 sit-ups in a row without stopping.

I'm not sure if I could do that many sit-ups now. I'm retired from featherball and I don't work out as much as I used to. But I'm still proud of the fact that I was able to do so many sit-ups at my peak. It's a testament to my hard work and dedication.
