Beginner-Friendly Morning Yoga Poses for Yoga Newbies
Starting a yoga practice can be daunting, especially for beginners. Here are some beginner-friendly morning yoga poses that will help you get started on your yoga journey:
- Mountain Pose: Stand with your feet hip-width apart, ground your toes into the floor, and extend your arms up overhead.
- Tree Pose: Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Bend your right knee and place the sole of your right foot on the inside of your left thigh, just above your left knee. Keep your left leg straight and extend your arms overhead.

- Cobra Pose: Lie on your belly with your legs extended behind you. Bring your hands under your shoulders and press into the floor as you lift your upper body up.
