What are some fun partner yoga poses?

Partner yoga is a great way to connect with your partner and have some fun while getting a workout. Here are a few fun partner yoga poses to try:

  • Seated Twist: Sit facing your partner, with your legs crossed in front of you. Reach your right arm over your partner's left shoulder and your left arm behind your partner's back. Twist your torso to the right, bringing your left elbow to the outside of your partner's right knee.
  • Double Downward-Facing Dog: Start in a downward-facing dog position, with your feet hip-width apart and your hands shoulder-width apart, keeping your legs straight and your toes pressed into the ground. With your arms extended, walk your hands forward towards your partner, who is also in a downward-facing dog position, until your hips are almost touching. Lower your hips towards the ground, forming a double downward-facing dog.
  • Seated Forward Fold: Sit facing your partner, with your legs extended in front of you. Hold hands and lean forward, reaching towards your partner's feet. Keep your spine straight and your arms extended.
  • Partner Boat Pose: Sit facing your partner, with your legs extended in front of you and your feet flexed. Lean back and extend your arms overhead, reaching towards your partner's hands. Lift your legs off the ground and hold them parallel to the floor.
  • Partner Tree Pose: Stand facing your partner, with your feet hip-width apart. Lift your right foot onto your partner's inner thigh, just above their knee. Bend your left knee and place the sole of your left foot on the inside of your right thigh, just above your knee. Extend your arms overhead and hold your partner's hands.
