How many players at each position does a field lacrosse team actually need?
In field lacrosse, each team has 10 players on the field at a time. These players are divided into three positions: attack, midfield, and defense.
Attack: The attackmen are responsible for scoring goals. They typically play in the offensive half of the field and are the most skilled players on the team. There are three attackmen on the field at a time:
